Kelsey completed a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta and focused her nursing practice in pediatrics and community maternal-infant health. Throughout this time, Kelsey observed families struggle to navigate and access quality healthcare. Motivated by disjointed and inconsistent care, Kelsey pursued graduate studies. In 2012, she graduated from the University of Toronto Masters in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner program. She has worked in primary health care, women’s health and pediatrics, combining her passion for family centered care with her clinical knowledge and experience.
